Rachel has over 30 years’ business experience and has been established coach for over 20 years. She is a published author in career management, marketing yourself, talent management and professional development, work life balance and gender balance for the Law Society, Ark and Globe/The International Bar Association.
She has authored multiple articles on future skills, career, brand, talent, employee engagement and marketing topics for the Future of Work Hub and Managing for Success and Managing Partner magazines.
Rachel was shortlisted in the entrepreneur category of the 2017 We are the City Rising Star Awards and was a judge in the Law Society 2019 Excellence Awards.
Rachel has worked with both blue-chip organisations, especially in the legal, accountancy and professional development sectors and individuals, especially women seeking a second career or portfolio career.
Rachel’s career heritage is in marketing and brand strategy and communications for design, advertising and innovation consultancies including WPP, both employed and freelance, so her clients benefit from strategic insights as well as inspiring and practical solutions.
Pro bono work includes helping at the Law Society Returners course for over a decade, Youth at Risk and an EEC funded project for women prisoners.
